No need for paid acc if you have Dinamic IP address.
You just swithch off internet connection after downloading,
wait 1 min and connect again.
You will have new IP address and
you can download another rapidshare file without waiting 1 hour.
But if you have Static IP it will not work so simple.
you just make plan and do something else between 2 downloading.

Actually, rapidshare sucks! There are many other servers where you can upload anything you want and everyone can download it without any timelimits,ads or smth else. I don`t know why it`s so popular... Of course there are some limits to differnet ip ranges (countries) but there is a really <a href="http://ariom.ru/forum/t6875.html">big list</a> of servers, u can choose anything u want.

Are you sure? For example i have a dynamic ip but my provider has a range for example between 192.168.(1.1-100.100) so i think they (rapidshare) should somehow consider it and limit downloads from this range but not from one ip.
Anyway, i`ll try to "hack" the System, tomorrow may be thankz for your advice
